Payments

You can settle your purchases from the online store of anima-ppd.com using the following payment methods:

1. CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment upon receipt of your order at your location (cash on delivery), with the delivery of your order to your location via Courier.

2. BANK ACCOUNT DEPOSIT
Prepay your order to one of the accounts provided during your order and send us a fax or e-mail with the bank deposit receipt.
Please use the order number as the payment reference.
In the case of transferring the amount from another bank, the transfer fees are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping – Product Delivery

The shipment of all our products is done through courier companies.


By placing your order, you automatically consent that:


you will receive an informative email at the email address you provided, which details the information you entered in your order,

you will receive an informative email at the email address you provided, which includes the tracking link from the shipping company so you can track your order at any time,

you will receive an informative email at the email address you provided after 8 to 10 days, in which you can inform us if you are satisfied with the product you purchased and provide comments that will be published on our page, with your personal data anonymized (e.g., if your email is someone@somwhere.com, it will appear as som****@somwhere.com)

The shipping time is between 1 to 2 working days.

This is from the moment your order has been approved. The preparation days for orders are Monday to Friday. This means that if you place your order on Saturday, it will enter the approval, preparation, and shipping stages by Tuesday at the latest (the above time may vary in specific cases where the product is not immediately available or requires special processing).

Saturday deliveries via courier incur an extra charge.

The delivery time may vary depending on the order. The usual delivery time is about 1–4 working days.

Shipping times may be affected by unpredictable factors such as strikes, courier delays, holidays, etc.

Shipping Cost   via Courier,  with Cash on Delivery

Our policy to keep costs low for the customer has led us to choose a flat shipping cost for each order. Thus, regardless of the quantity or volume of the products ordered, you only pay 3.00 euros for shipping with all shipping methods. For orders over 65 euros, shipping is free, and fir orders over 80 cash on delivery is not charged extra.
 



Return Policy

Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days provided that:
 The damage was not caused by the customer.

 The products are in the same condition as when you received them. Regarding Clothing and Footwear, the product must not have been used or worn.

 The product is accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

 If the customer receives the product and wishes to return it for any reason (not for a size exchange or replacement with another item), they are charged for return shipping, which amounts to 5.00 €. If the product was accompanied by a gift, it must also be returned.

 Swimsuits (bottoms), underwear, and socks are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

 You can register changes/returns yourself from the menu in the options of our online store 24/7, or via our phone center during our eShop operating hours.

 Exchanges/Returns of products we have received from our customers are carried out daily by our company from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.



Return/Exchange Procedure

Click the option from the General menu, Exchanges/Returns in the footer (menu at the bottom of the screen).

Find your order by entering the phone number used to place your order (landline or mobile).

Select the order you want to exchange.

Fill in all the fields in the form with the appropriate options and send it by clicking the "Register Change/Return" button.

Prepare your package and include the product receipt inside.

Take the package to the courier service you received it from, and the shipping costs will be covered by us (the recipient) – only for the couriers we cooperate with: ELTA (Customer Code 182664), ACS (Customer Code 2ΔΡ931323), GENIKI (Customer Code Δ1730428).

If returning an order, there is a charge of 5.00€, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If you received the wrong or defective product, the shipping costs will be covered by our company.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you by phone or email about its status.

Please note that you can change any product within 14 days of receiving it, and the exchange process usually takes 5-7 days.



Useful Information

All products must be returned unused, with all tags attached, and in a saleable condition within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

When trying on clothing, make sure it does not come into contact with anything that might leave a stain or scent, such as perfumes, deodorants, smoke, etc. We will not accept returns of products that show signs of not following these instructions.

If you requested a refund, the money will appear in your account within 7-10 working days from the receipt of the return by the relevant department of our company. For your convenience, we recommend using a PIRAEUSBANK account to avoid additional charges from the bank.

The return shipping costs are always borne by the sender, except for the first exchange or if the return is due exclusively to an error on our part.

Replacement or exchange of the product can only be done if the requested product is available. If the product you want is not available, the customer service department will contact you to offer additional options.

Regarding the shipping costs for exchange/replacement

Exchanges are accepted within fourteen (14) calendar days, provided that:
 In the case of a product exchange/replacement for the first time, there is no extra shipping charge.

 The product has not been altered or damaged, nor caused by the customer’s fault.

 After the first exchange/replacement:
  - If the exchange/replacement is due to our error, there is no charge to you.

  - If the exchange/replacement is due to your error, you will be charged the shipping and return costs of 5.00€, after contacting us by phone and using the recipient payment method during shipping, and finally paying the amount of 5.00€ upon receipt. 

Note that the above applies even if the customer was not charged the shipping costs because the initial order exceeded 65 euros.

Our company offers you the ability to fully track the status of your order's preparation and shipment. You can visit the member’s website if you placed your order as a registered user and check its status, as well as track it using the shipping number (tracking number) provided by the cooperating courier companies.

You will receive an informative email with the shipping status and the tracking number, as well as a hyperlink that directs you to the tracking page so you can monitor the progress of the delivery via the courier company's website.
